Shari Headley

Her role in Lisa McDowell, a romantic comedy about coming to America (1988) and its sequel Coming 2 America (2021) is one of her most popular roles. Headley also has appeared in films The Preacher's Wife (1996) and Johnson Family Vacation (2004). Headley was the character of the role of Detective Mimi Reed on ABC's daytime soap opera All My Children from 1991-1994. She was the lead actress in the Fox drama series 413 Hope St. (1997-1998) where she won a NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series. From 2014 until the year 2016, Headley starred as villainous Jennifer Sallison in the Oprah Winfrey Network primetime soap opera The Haves and the Have Nots.
